Two proven paths to practical AI adoption
AI adoption that starts with real work, not theory.
Better Execute helps companies adopt AI through two service areas. DCE gives leadership teams an AI-native execution platform — better meetings, trusted scorecards, and cleaner follow-through. The Development Shell gives your business a production-ready foundation to build the internal AI tools your operations actually need — owned by you, built by your team.

Sound Familiar?
Your EOS tool is supposed to help. Instead it's creating more work.
Meetings run long because the tool doesn't prep you
You spend the first 20 minutes getting everyone up to speed. By the time you get to decisions, everyone's checked out. Your current tool doesn't draft an agenda or summarise what matters.
Monday morning scorecard scramble
Someone chases the numbers. Someone else debates the definitions. The meeting starts with excuses instead of data. Your tool should deliver the scorecard before you arrive — it doesn't.
Priorities vanish after the quarterly planning session
The plan looked great in the offsite. Six weeks later, nobody can name the top three priorities without opening a spreadsheet. Your tool doesn't connect weekly meetings back to quarterly commitments.
Status updates instead of decisions
Most of the hour is spent reporting what happened. Your tool is built for data entry, not decision support. You're paying for software that creates admin work instead of removing it.
The tool is the bottleneck, not the team
Ninety.io and Bloom were built before AI existed. They're digital versions of paper processes — scorecards you fill in manually, meeting agendas you write yourself, follow-up you track by memory.
Why Teams Switch
What your EOS tool should do — and what DCE actually does.
| What you need | Ninety.io / Bloom / Spreadsheets | DCE |
|---|---|---|
| Meeting prep | You write the agenda manually | AI drafts a prep doc before every meeting — scorecard summary, open topics, project status |
| Scorecard updates | Team members enter numbers by hand, every week | AI rolls up KPIs automatically, flags variances and trends |
| Follow-through | You track to-dos in your head or a separate tool | Every action item tracked with owners, deadlines, and automatic reminders |
| Priority alignment | Quarterly plan lives in a document nobody opens | Priorities are visible in every weekly meeting, with drift flagged automatically |
| Setup time | Days to weeks of configuration, data entry, training | Under 30 minutes — import your strategy, invite your team, go |
| AI capabilities | None (or bolt-on chatbot) | Native AI: meeting prep, execution advisor, scorecard analysis, strategy integrity checks |
How It Works
Two canvases. One execution system.
DCE separates what humans should own from what agents should support. Humans lead. Agents amplify. That's how execution gets stronger without turning leadership into software admin.
Human Canvas — What humans own
- Strategic decisions & trade-offs
- Priority changes & quarterly commitments
- Issue resolution & team accountability
- KPI ownership & target-setting
Agent Canvas — What agents support
- Meeting prep drafted before every session
- KPI rollups with variance analysis & trend flagging
- Action item tracking, reminders & follow-up
- Scorecard maintenance & reporting automation
Execution Rhythm — Where they connect
Weekly syncs. Monthly reviews. Quarterly planning. The two canvases feed a cadence that keeps your team aligned — without adding meetings or admin.

Step 3: Invite your team

Step 4: Run your first meeting
AI generates your first meeting prep document. Walk into your next leadership meeting with a scorecard summary, open topics, and a decision-focused agenda — all ready before you arrive.
The Platform
One operating system for strategy, meetings, scorecards, and agent support.
Your strategy, scorecards, meetings, priorities, follow-through, and advisors live in one place. No spreadsheet sprawl. No disconnected tools. No pretending AI is a sidecar. And every week you run DCE, the AI gets smarter about your specific business — building an intelligence advantage that deepens with every meeting, every scorecard entry, and every decision captured.

Strategy & Execution Plan
Your entire strategy — from core values to quarterly commitments — in a single, editable document. Not a static PDF. A living system the whole team sees and AI reads.
Scorecards that update themselves
Weekly measurables with sparkline trends, ownership, and targets. AI rolls up the numbers and flags problems before the meeting. No more Monday morning data chase.
Meeting Runner with AI Prep
Structured agendas with AI-drafted prep docs, scorecard review, todo/topic tracking, and action capture. Your meeting starts at decisions — not at status updates.
Execution Advisor
An AI advisor trained on your company's data. Ask it anything. It surfaces issues, drafts meeting briefs, flags priority drift, and answers questions about your execution data.

From nothing
The Setup Assistant walks you through building your first strategy plan, scorecard, and meeting agenda from scratch.
Why Better Execute Exists
Built from decades of watching good companies lose focus in the gap between planning and execution.
Better Execute grew out of a simple lesson: product quality matters, but the quality of the management system matters more. Time and again, companies with real potential struggled not because they lacked ambition, but because leadership teams could not keep the right priorities active in the weekly flow of the business.
That lesson was shaped by years of operating, investing, and working with SMB leaders, and by management thinkers like Peter Drucker and Michael Gerber long before EOS and modern operating systems made these ideas more accessible.
Then AI changed the equation. The work leadership teams found hardest to sustain, meeting prep, scorecard maintenance, follow-through, and keeping plans current, became the exact work agents could start handling well. DCE is the result: a human-led, AI-amplified execution system built to bring proven management disciplines into the age of agents.
The Development Shell followed from the same conviction. AI coding tools crossed a threshold — now the person who knows a business best can describe a workflow and get working software back. The missing piece was a serious production environment for that work to live in. The Shell provides that environment, and Better Execute provides the expert support to get it right.
Is DCE A Fit?
Best for teams that already know execution discipline matters.
- Leadership teams with 10+ employees and enough complexity that priorities, meetings, and cross-functional accountability need a real system.
- Companies already using, or seriously trying to use, EOS, Scaling Up, OKRs, or another operating rhythm.
- Leaders who want practical AI adoption through real operating work, not another strategy workshop that never changes behavior.
Service Area 2
The Development Shell — Give AI Somewhere Serious To Work
The Development Shell is a production-ready app foundation your business owns. It gives the person who knows your business best — your internal AI Builder — the technical base to start building practical AI tools with Claude Code, Cursor, and Better Execute's support. No new hire. No dev team. As your AI Builder works through your key workflows one by one, the Shell becomes an AI-native operating layer for your business — a compounding advantage that competitors who started later cannot replicate.
Foundation
The environment delivered. A production-ready Shell deployed on your domain with authentication, database, hosting, CI/CD, and security. Your code, your IP, yours forever.
Capability
Foundation plus 90 days of co-building. We meet weekly with you and your AI Builder. By the end, they've shipped 5–10 automations on their own and know how to ship the next 50 without us.
Ongoing Support
The safety net. When your AI Builder hits something complex — a difficult integration, a security edge case, a production incident — they call us. Not a full-time dev hire. A phone call away.
