Better Execute Pty Ltd ("we", "us") operates Better Execute (betterexecute.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

5. Text messages (SMS)

The PraxisOS Alerts text message program is operated by Better Execute LLC, and this section applies to Better Execute LLC as well as to us.

We collect a mobile phone number only when a client signs up for PraxisOS Alerts at betterexecute.ai/alerts, and we use that number only to send those alerts and to administer your consent, as described below. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

To prove and manage your consent, we also keep a record of each sign-up: the mobile number, the exact consent wording you agreed to and its version, the time, the IP address and browser user agent the sign-up came from, and whether you confirmed it by replying YES or later opted out. We use this record only to administer the program (confirming, honoring opt-outs, and showing carriers and regulators that consent was given), and we keep it after you opt out so we can show that the opt-out was honored.

Text messages are sent and received through Twilio, which processes your mobile number and the messages on our behalf.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account, or by contacting us at legal@betterexecute.com. Backups may retain data for up to 30 days after deletion.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Use the export and delete options in Settings, or contact legal@betterexecute.com. We will respond to requests within 30 days.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

9. International Transfers

Our sub-processors operate primarily in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our sub-processors operate.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. The "Last updated" date indicates when changes were last made.
