1. Agreement

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable laws; (b) infringe on others' intellectual property; (c) transmit malware or harmful code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or others' accounts; (e) use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Plans and Pricing

Dual Canvas is offered in three subscription tiers, billed per user per month:

• Growth— $12/user/month. Core execution: Strategy & Execution Plan, Org Chart, 90 Day Projects, Scorecard, Meetings, To-Dos, Topics, Decision capture, Staleness threshold.
• Intelligence — $18/user/month. Everything in Growth, plus AI Draft Agenda, AI Meeting Recaps, Execution Advisor, AI Proposals, AI Canvas.
• Connected — $22/user/month. Everything in Intelligence, plus External API, Agent audit log, OpenClaw and Polsia connectors.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorise us to charge the payment method on file. Price changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect.

5.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your first subscription. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase and request a refund, we will refund the amount paid for that first billing period.

After the first 30 days, fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits for partial months, unused user seats, or downgrades. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We may issue refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g. duplicate charges, service failures). Refunds required by applicable law will be honoured.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by [CUSTOMIZE: Company name] and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of data you submit; you grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability
