Getting Started with DCE

One-page guide for new companies. Get your team running in minutes.

1. Sign in

Go to your DCE deployment URL and sign in with your email. You will be added to your organisation by your admin.

2. Set up your company (Admin)

If you are the admin, use the Setup Assistant (Admin → Setup):

  1. Download the template— Blank Template or Example (Acme Corp) from your deployment's samples path
  2. Fill in the spreadsheet with your company details, users, and goals
  3. Paste the entire contents into the Setup Assistant chat
  4. The AI will create your organisation, users, teams, Strategy & Execution Plan, and scorecards in one go

Or tell the Setup Assistant what you need: “Create a new company called Acme”, “Import this user list”, “Build an org chart from my team”.

3. Run your first meeting

  1. Go to Meetings and create a Weekly, Quarterly, or Annual meeting
  2. Add agenda items and invite attendees
  3. During the meeting, use the Meeting Runner to capture discussion, todos, and topics
  4. When done, the AI generates a recap — share it with your team
